BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Classes are led by Ruben Zamarron who is a 3rd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and earned the title/rank of Kru” through Grandmaster Chai of the World Thai Boxing Assocation.

GROANS & GIGGLES

A fun, laid-back class designed for our seniors, or those who may be less mobile, to keep you moving or to help you get moving again after an extended break from working out. Class times are Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8:30 a.m. Call or text for more details.
