Join the Youth Athlete Development Program at tri-city FITNESS

For children ages 10 and older, our training is designed to improve:

Our trainers create individual programs to meet your athlete’s specific needs. While we challenge your child, we will also respect them and incorporate an element of fun into the programming. Our trainers are experienced in improving most sports specific needs.
Is your athlete trying to gain weight or lose weight? Our trainers will work one on one with your child to make sure this is done through proper nutritional guidelines and without artificial enhancements or unnecessary supplementations.

During this complimentary hour long session our trainers will assess each athlete throughout their workout then make specific training suggestions. Call and make your appointment today.
