Then tri-city BOXING is right for you.  Because tri-city BOXING offers classes of varying levels, anyone can train here.  Whether you are a beginner or experienced boxer, you will fit in at tri-city BOXING.

Something relatively different about tri-city BOXING is that the club does not focus on just the fitness aspect of boxing, real boxing skills are taught and focused on when training.  With actual skills being the main focus of a workout, a higher potential can be achieved, along with a greater knowledge and appreciation for boxing itself.

You might be asking yourself what the benefits of boxing are.  For one, boxing is a great stress reliever!  It will also help you gain mental focus and increase energy levels for day to day activities.  It stimulates all of your muscle groups and increases your core strength and stability.  You can also expect to lose weight by burning up to 1000 calories per workout depending upon your intensity. Our workouts will help increase your overall athleticism.  No matter what sport you are participating in, boxing will help you become a better athlete.  Because our classes are constantly evolving, your workouts change daily. Included in your monthly membership is a full membership with tri-city FITNESS.  If you don’t feel like boxing today you can use our full workout facility.

tri-city BOXING is the best value in town!  You can participate in up to 32 classes per month  and you can also use the boxing room for your own workouts when classes are not in session.  All tri-city BOXING club members will receive a one-on-one session with Coaches Pat or Guillermo.  Our coaches have a combined total of 50+ years fighting and coaching experience.  Stop by for a tour or join today!

Free introduction to boxing classes are held every Saturday at 10:30am*.  Call today to reserve your spot.
*Please arrive by 10:15 a.m. for introduction class.  Must be 18 years of age or accompanied by parent to Introduction class.
